The Harvest Festival is also tomorrow, and volunteers should be at the CSC at 1 PM. It lasts from 2-4.
We will be voting on our Youth Group's President, Vice-President, and Secretary at this meeting. As a reminder, the nominees are:

This coming Sunday is Respect Life Sunday. All Youth Group Members are encouraged to attend the 10:00 Sunday Mass on the 3rd of October. Two members of our group will be lectors, Zak and Matthew. Arrival and setup: 2:00 pm, June 11th

Opening ceremony: 6:00 pm, June 11th

Additional information:

Please bring comfortable, lightweight clothing, walking shoes, and warm clothes for the night. Please also bring a sleeping bag, pillow, and extra blankets.
Only water is allowed on the field and tent site (vendors are available outside the track for you to purchase snacks/meals). You may bring a cooler and have it checked at the food site.
All team members under 18 will be issued a wristband to help identify and track its registered participants.
Friends and family are encouraged to participate, but non-registered members under 18 (without wristbands) are not allowed into the event between 11 pm Friday to 7 am Saturday.
